Returns & Refunds Policy

At Gifted Treasures, we want you to be happy with your purchase. While many of our items are handmade and personalised, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Claims for damages or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

2. Non-Returnable & Limited-Return Items

Because many of our products are personalised or custom-made, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Other items that cannot be returned include:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Perishable goods (if applicable)

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will be shipped once the original item is returned or photos have been verified (depending on the situation).

4. Refunds

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
